Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BeTTa TV Service.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Country refers to: California, United States.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “BeTTa TV”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to BeTTa TV and its website operations.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, Smart TV, streaming device, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the BeTTa TV IPTV service, website, applications, and related offerings.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and BeTTa TV regarding the use of the Service.
Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available through the Service.
Website refers to BeTTa TV’s official website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BeTTa TV Service and constitute the agreement between You and BeTTa TV.

You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. BeTTa TV does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service without parental or legal guardian consent.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of BeTTa TV. BeTTa TV provides access to digital streaming services and related content. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise expressly authorized by BeTTa TV.
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without authorization.
Subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
BeTTa TV reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or billing methods at any time. Any material pricing changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance when reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BeTTa TV.
BeTTa TV has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BeTTa TV shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available through third-party websites or services.
We strongly encourage You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites You visit.
BeTTa TV may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of BeTTa TV and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Service during the preceding subscription period or USD $100, whichever is greater.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeTTa TV shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of these limitations may not apply to You.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeTTa TV expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
BeTTa TV does not warrant that:
The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service will meet Your specific requirements.
Any defects or errors will be corrected.
The Service or its servers will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If You have any concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting BeTTa TV.
If You are a consumer residing within the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence.
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of BeTTa TV to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict or dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.
BeTTa TV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use the Service after such revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must discontinue use of the Service.
